Filtered water, gluten-free flour blend (tapioca starch, maize, sorghum flour, rice flour, Glucono Delta Lactone, sodium bicarb, xanthan gum, salt), beetroot (35%), organic coconut, psyllium husk, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, linseed, organic buckwheat kernels, organic puffed quinoa, pomegranate syrup (2%), fennel seeds (2%), almond meal, ascorbic acid
